With over a decade of experience in global development, Stella has held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Services at Dimagi, where she oversaw large-scale community health information systems across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and Latin America. A seasoned legal professional, she has also served as a Refugee Legal Advisor in Egypt and a Legal Counsel in Canada. Stella holds a degree from the University of Toronto and is based in Cape Town, South Africa
