    Sarah Abdelatif is a co-founder of Propel, a platform dedicated to revolutionizing knowledge management and learning in international development by promoting a multi-directional flow of knowledge and democratising access to insights. With a mission to put learning at the heart of development cooperation, Sarah advocates for decolonising knowledge and enhancing organisational learning. She has a strong background in knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, and has worked with various international organisations, including GIZ and Data4Development. Sarah is passionate about creating adaptive learning environments that drive impactful change.

Propel is designed to standardize learning collection, utilize AI for summarizing insights, and streamline knowledge documentation and sharing. The study highlights the importance of integrating learning into project cycles, particularly addressing the "L" in PMEAL (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning).
